A Global Apparel firm is currently looking for an Excel expert to start immediately. This role will play a crucial role in a firm-wide initiative geared towards creating operational efficiencies and enhancing technology. This will start off on a hybrid schedule.
- Updating existing VBA code
- Design new code to automate various tasks
- Create standardized Excel processes across the firm
- Partner with IT during implementations of systems and applications
- Identifying opportunities for automation using bots
- Organize training in Excel and operate as the go-to person for Excel questions
- Advanced Excel Skills (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot)
- SAP systems experience
- PowerBI experience
- Produce all required customer analytic reports accurately and on-time per customer contracts
- Review all reports to ensure accuracy and to ensure the production of clean invoices for customers
- Effectively communicate your insights through preparation and presentation of clear, easy to read reports that tell the story with data
- Continuous focus on process improvement through detailed data analysis that identifies issues and suggests solutions to business problems using statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining
- Other duties as assigned.
