Appedology (PVT) Ltd. is hiring Assistant Manager Administration (Night Shift).
Requirements:
· To manage issues regarding transport operations, housekeeping, maintenance of office goods, procurement and ensure availability of required transport and resolve issue etc.
· Good communication and report writing skills.
· Manage staff shared resources meeting room, kitchen etc.
· Coordinate with maintenance department for construction, and misc. electrical/mechanical issues.
· Devise and execute security plans to ensure security of the premises is not compromised.
