- Appedology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Male) for it's evening shift, timings : 3 pm to 12 am.
- The resource should be a Team player with excellent communication skills in English.
- Should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing for multiple positions.
- Should be strong in sourcing candidates from job boards, Linkedin, headhunting, via references campus, etc.
- Good at social media recruiting; spend considerable time with the candidates to evaluate them based on their experience, achievements, behavior, cultural and motivational fitment.
- Should be responsible from sourcing to onboarding of the candidate.
- Should have handled Mass Hiring (independently)
- At least 2-year experience of working as an HR Recruiter with a Bachelor Degree
- Should have experience in preparing Job Descriptions, based on specific briefs given - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools - Publish recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards periodically
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills ability to meet deadlines, and is solution-driven.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
- Should be able to handle work pressure
