Appedology Pvt Ltd. is looking for Business Development Executive  who can help us meet our sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and excellent business development and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business through different channels, including Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, by showcasing our services and capabilities effectively.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com, with a strong understanding of the process and proven success in securing projects.
  • Select and bid on high-quality projects, ensuring that our services align with client requirements.
  • Write compelling proposals tailored to the nature of each project, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Estimate project prices accurately, create detailed quotes and proposals, and engage in effective communication with clients to negotiate and close deals.
  • Gather client requirements and effectively communicate them to our team, ensuring a clear understanding and seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain a consistently high rating and positive feedback on all platforms, reflecting our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain healthy relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring strong follow-up to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing within the technology industry.
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acquiring business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  • Strong understanding of bidding processes on Upwork and Freelancer.com, with a successful track record in winning projects.
  • Excellent proposal writing skills, with the ability to customize each proposal based on project requirements and client expectations.
  • Accurate project price estimation and quote creation abilities, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for selecting high-quality projects aligned with our service offerings.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adept at gathering client requirements and effectively communicating them to the team for successful project delivery.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction.
