• Collaborate with the senior management in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management-level employees, and executive leadership team members.
  • Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Work with all departments to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures through various automation activities that improve the overall efficiency of the business.
  • Ensure organizational dependences are mitigated through the process of documentation and automation.
  • Develop, test, and implement Business Continuity Programs for seen and unforeseen market and organizational shifts.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
  • Participate in developing and implementing a strategic plan that supports the organization’s vision and goals while translating the strategic plan to staff to ensure support while modifying the plan in response to changing internal and external factors.
  • Directly oversee operations while collaborating with the senior management on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales & Operations).
  • Translate business and financial strategies into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Work closely with the Unit heads to estimate sales potential and bring improvements to achieve the projected goals.
  • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth & performance improvements.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company to senior management

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Director Operations or other similar position
  • Experience in performance and operations management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent skills in MS Office preferably in MS-Excel
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • BBA/MBA in Business Administration or related field.

Salary: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
