Job Duties
- Manage employee onboarding and off boarding process
- Prepare HR related documentation from template library including Compensation Plan Amendments and Performance Improvement Plans
- Manage recruiting for non-leadership positions including managing job postings and initial screening calls
- Manage HR software platform
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll process
- Assist with human resource compliance related matters including establishing payroll tax account
Requirements
- Min 3 years of human resource role experience
- Experience with entry-level recruiting a plus
- Experience with online HR software a plus
- Experience with Bamboo HR a plus
Work Hours: US Pacific Time
