Appedology is looking for a Training Coordinator in Night shift who can design and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and track report on training outcomes.
The resource should conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Must have excellent communication skills and prior experience of training in BPO will be preferred.
