Appraisals is looking for a dynamic confident and professional Office Coordinator for daily correspondence. 

Job Role:

  • Read and analyze reports accordingly required.
  • Open sort and distribute correspondence including Emails.
  • Assist Boss in-office assignments.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Maintaining records management system and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Attend meetings with Boss.
  • Manage and Maintain executives Schedules.
