- Support external and internal stakeholders in organizational implementation and user adoption strategy for Salesforce
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of Salesforce users
- Work with declarative features like creating workflow rules, flows, approval processes, process builder, escalation rules, user permissions, security protocol and assignment rules for complex business process automation
- Be on the lookout for process improvement opportunities in lead generation, customer segmentation, territory management, quota attainment, pipeline growth and campaign performance.
- Proactively lead efforts to implement process improvement solutions
- Support Data management through regular data validation and maintenance, and data retrieval when required.
- Administer and maintain SFDC integrations with internal and external business applications.
- Troubleshoot and document SFDC system issues
- Support Salesforce onboarding and training for Organizational end users
- Organize and maintain analytics, reportings and dashboards in Salesforce
- Conduct regular system audits, manage the upgrades, follow best practices, and stay up to date with SFDC’s release features.
