  • Fixed Asset Movement
  • Insurance and claims
  • Event Management
  • Supplies of Print & table stationary
  • Kitchen items vendor management
  • Liaison with Govt departments
  • Pool car management
  • Admin store / items keeping
  • Vendors Payments
  • Petty cash management
  • Purchase / work orders issuance
  • Liaison with Courier Companies

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in admin related task & office management
  • Good English speaking & writing skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be willing to work extra hours
  • Willingness to go extra miles
  • Young & energetic indivdiual is required
