Required Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in requirement engineering, gap analysis, functional solution design
- Analyzing the domain/system and suggesting solution options
- Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary information to Tech Team
- To be able to fill-in Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Should have understanding and Experience of generating Use Case Diagrams
- Act a bridge between Client and Development Team to clarify Client requirements to Development Team
- Provide Input for Test Automation cases to Development Team
- Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the Scrum Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders
- Pro-actively support Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews and retrospectives
Required Skills:
- Efficient use of provided tools and applied processes for all established collaboration models and distributed work (Jira, Confluence, MSOffice365, SCRUM)
Qualification(BS/BSC/BE in Software or relevant disciplines)
