April and June Digital Private Limited is a Germany based Software house & Digital marketing company, started operation back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany and in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan.
Office Timings: 10 AM till 7 PM
Working Days: Monday till Friday (Sat & Sun off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and set up conversion tracking for each stage of the Marketing Funnel
- Define conversions KPIs for all traffic channels
- Setup conversions in Google Analytics for all referring channels
- Setup offline tracking conversions (including phone)
- Manage and optimize landing pages for Organic and Paid marketing campaigns, improve lead generation and implement clearly defined CTAs
- Work closely with the development team to set up tracking code and parameter
- Proficient in conducting A/B tests for achieving data-driven conversion optimization
- Assist in defining optimal UX/UI using experiment data
- Increase the existing conversion rate of the website and suggest and lead improvements
- Familiar with incorporating tracking parameter using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Expert in using Google Optimize and Google Data Studio
- Work closely with Content, SEO, SEM and SMM Agencies to setup tracking
- Familiar with URL parameters and dynamic pages
Skills required:
- Google Analytics
- Google Optimize
- Google Data Studio
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Mainstream CMSs (WordPress, Drupal, Magento, etc.)
- Degree in Marketing and/or Software Development
- Basic Understanding of Statistics
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
