April & June Digital (Pvt) Ltd. is a Germany based software house & digital marketing company. It was founded back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany and started its operations in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan. We are looking for Senior Admin & Finance Executive who will be responsible for admin & finance related activities.
Working Days: Monday till Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Office Timings: 10 AM till 07 PM
Job Description:
- Prime responsible for QuickBooks daily and timely entry as per guidance.
- Manage Petty Cash Book and Bank Ledgers on daily basis.
- Manage Fixed Assets and Inventory Registers on daily basis.
- Maintain Monthly Budgets and Cash Flow requirements.
- Maintain Accounting File System for compliance and audit requirements.
- FBR monthly and annual fillings for withholding and corporate tax deductions.
- Petty cash management.
- Managing the support staff.
- Make sure that the office is in up and running condition.
- Maintain office supplies including stationary, kitchen supplies & toiletries.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in accounts, finance & office administration.
- Must have a bachelors degree.
- Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal and persentation skills.
- Must be a hard worker and self motivated.
- Must be willing to go extra miles.
