Assisting patients/attendants in resolving their queries related to admissions and discharge process.
Providing financial estimations against the admission request.
Processing admissions according to policy.
Facilitating patients/attendants in processing corporate (Insurance) approvals.
Processing discharges efficiently and effectively including corporate billing.
Ensuring timely financial recoveries from admitted patients.
Ensuring smooth communication with all the key stake holders in hospital.
Preparing daily reports.
Assisting in preparing corporate claims.
Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.
