Create, update and maintain control sheet
Assist team in fee collection from students against internal recovery and new enrollments
On time data entries on Aptrack and other relevant accounting systems
Record keeping of all audit relevant data in proper and well-mannered form
Working with SRO and fee recovery team to ensure timely collection
Fee Vouchers preparation, checking & printing
Deposit of fees collection in the bank ( Twice a day )
Bank reconciliation on daily basis and to present bank position to management
Deal with Vendors & make sure their timely payments
Manage petty cash transactions.
Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits.
Prepare daily report, daily collection report and update daily collection entries in the portal & FCMS
Financial Reporting to Management & FSO
