As an HR Executive you will be responible to:
- Look after the whole hiring process - from rectuitment till onboarding.
- Posting Job ads on various channels.
- Collecting CV's and Screenning accoriding to Job Description and Job Specification.
- Scan candidates in online marketplaces, reach out to those who are qualified and matches the job criteria.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Closing the positions timely.
- Maintaining Personnel files and records on HR software.
- Issuing all kind of HR letters.
- Dealing employee grievances.
- Conducting Exit interviews.
- And other day-to-day assigned tasks.
To be an HR Executive you must be:
- BBA/MBA - HR from a reputable institute.
- Possess excellent command over MS Office.
- Possess good Communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
