- Taking and filling PIC (Personal information Card) Forms - walk-ins students will fill their personal information and from that we can follow up them
- Software inquiry - a Centre report of walk-ins for same purpose as above
- Student Counseling - which counselor take the maximum or minimum inquires and who much walk-ins are converted in enrollment.
- Preparation of walk-ins Report - shows the total number of walk-ins came and which counselor take the maximum or minimum inquires
- Preparation Telephonic Conversation report - All telephonic calls which has been received for the information of the course
