AQF Enterprise a Sports Goods & Health Food eCommerce retailer is seeking a Self-driven individual to join our Team.TAQF Enterprise is a fast-growing company supplying Fitness, Martial Arts and Health Food products online and operating from its head office in Sialkot with a supply warehouse in Luton, United Kingdom. We have an immediate requirement for a degree qualified and talented individual with a proven record of accomplishment in e-commerce sales across multi-channel platforms (eBay, Amazon and Magento). This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a young company at an exciting stage of its expansion.Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through the management and development of the e-commerce systems and platforms.

Essential Skills & Experience:       

  • Expert knowledge of all aspects of product listings and optimization.       
  • Outstanding track record of the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight timescales.       
  • Minimum of 6 months’ hands on experience in Linnworks e-Commerce platform.       
  • Experience of Magento e-Commerce platform.       
  • Must have an excellent e-Commerce Sales experience including SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO techniques across eBay, Amazon and Google.       
  • Proven ability of market research including (but not limited to) using marketplace management tools such as AMZ Tracker.       
  • Advanced user of MS Excel (i.e. Formulas, PivotTable, Conditional Formatting & Charts)       
  • Degree qualified (IT or Marketing a distinct advantage)       
  • Experience with Photoshop, Light room & image editing software       
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL is an advantage       
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (must be fluent in English), with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels within the company and outside with customers and suppliers.      
  • Solid experience in digital and social media marketing       
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated team player       
  • Ability to work equally efficiently in office or remotely

The role will involve but not limited to:       
  • Responsible for researching and listing new products on various online platforms such as eBay, Amazon & Magento using Linnworks as per agreed targets       
  • Ensuring all channels and listings are optimized and using the most up to date and correct information       
  • Analyzing & reporting on sales channel performance. Evaluating traffic and sales conversion data to improve the effectiveness of online content to ensure maximum visibility, sales and optimum profitability       
  • Identify new product opportunities to grow sales       
  • Research and respond to competitor activity and pricing to protect and enhance current market share       
  • Digital marketing campaigns       
  • Respond to pre-sale and after-sale emails/calls       
  • Resolve customer complaints and any other potential issues       
  • Keep track of product price changes and make necessary adjustments.
