Job Description

We are looking for the young, dynamic candidate for the post of HR Assistant (Female) for our company.

Her job responsibilities are as follows:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Responsible runtime updating and maintain employee personal files. 
  • Record and update employee database in hard and soft form.
  • Make strong follow-up to complete required information/documentation.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status data.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Facilitate his/her Line Manager in day to day assignments.
  • Any other assignment given by the top management.
