• Pick query from concern CCR Group of his/her zone, Contact the customer, get required information about spare parts, update the customer about all relevant rates etc., and tie up time with customer and send message in TP group by indicating the scheduled time.
  • Record query information in query scheduling sheet
  • Allocation of technicians from his assigned Technicians Teams on query
  • Give all necessary information to the technician about query, customer and requirement i.e. name of customer, contact number of customer, address, type of query, requirement of spare parts etc.
  • Arrangement of spare parts through Spare Parts Store by the technician
  • Ensure to timely send technician to customer location as per the time set with customer.
  • Coordination with TP in case of any fault arise in the appliance or any matter / status of query whatsoever
  • Responsible to update customer / Technology Partner and keep them satisfied during the course of query handling till the successful closure.
  • Responsible for any sort of coordination regarding query information with allied departments i.e. Marketing, Finance and Spare Parts Store (Technical) etc.
  • Responsible to ensure maximum successful queries execution and closure in a day (minimum 6- 7 appliances per day per technician team)
  • Coordination with his/her technicians’ teams in the field for their further routing.
  • After query closure, concerned CSO immediately coordinate with concerned technician for pictures verification and details of query to be mentioned in Query Scheduling Sheet Remarks.
  • CSO (Execution) may seek help from Technical Supervisor if any technician is taking much time on query.
  • Responsible to coordinate with all intra-departmental Customer Support Officers (Execution) to handle and support maximum queries in case of over-occupancy and load in any zone.
  • Overall responsible to ensure all the stakeholders satisfied from query initiation till successful closure of particular query as per their need and requirement
  • In Case of any WARRANTY CLAIMS, contact customer of his/her concern zone, get required information and issue in the appliance, tie up time with customer and message in TP group (if warranty claim is from TP). Allocate Technical supervisor on specific query. If issue is of minor nature, then allocate Technician on this query.
  • Responsible to coordinate with supply chain, fleet and IT Department for real time support
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of timely execution of queries and operations matters.
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of staff duty roaster to manage them efficiently.
  • Responsible for the training of Technicians regarding MEP best practices.
  • Responsible to share reports as assigned by top Management on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Responsible to address all the SOPs, and technical aspects of Queries.
