Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the treatment of waste water elements from the incinerator through chemical treatment.
- Implementation of health and safety policy safety inspections, mitigation measures at the facilities.
- Conduct periodic risk assessment for the identification of hazards and implementation of mitigation measures and provided safe working conditions for the working.
- Conduct the fire fighters and emergency response training in the liaison with competent authorities of the workers.
- Training and capacity building on hospital waste management and safe working practice of staff deployed at facility and of hospital who have signed contract with ARAR SERVICES.
- Ensure the compliance of environmental parameters at the facility.
- Facilitation and conducting of stack emission testing and waste water parameters testing at the facility.
- Training and Capacity building of hospital staff including doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, waste handlers and janitorial staff etc.
- Training and Capacity building of staff allocated at incinerator site regarding safe working protocols and procedures, occupational health and safety, first aid.
- Supervision of collection, segregation, onsite and offsite transportation of waste from various Government hospitals in KPK and implementation of SOPs, Incineration supervision at the facility.
- Development of training manuals of government hospital staff and staff deployed at incineration site
- Preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports of training and capacity building conducted.
- Ensure the compliance of environmental parameters at the facility
- Facilitation and conducting of stack emission testing and waste water parameters testing at the facility.
