- Responsible for overall operational and technical activities of laundry management services in feeder hospital and respective satellite hospitals.
- Supervise and coordinate with all supported facilities and manage the laundry workforce to ensure proper receipt, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, proper packing, storage and distribution of linen to the respective hospitals.
- Implementing scheduled preventive maintenance plans of all machines and allied equipment to ensure smooth laundry operations
- Responsible to maintain all the records/documents as per SOPs
- Effectively ensure Supply chain management in feeder as well as satellite hospitals.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding laundry machines of operations
- Provide technical and operational training of laundry machines to Laundry staff
- Ensures proper transport operations e.g., daily vehicle operations and safety checks.
- Ensures the working of all the staff of feeder and satellite hospitals as per SOPs.
- Ensure the regular supplies of required linens/ consumables to all the staff of feeder and satellite hospitals
