We are looking for the candidate for the post of "Technical Coordinator - Operations" for our company.
- He shall be responsible for all administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing company policies and ensuring compliance.
- Planning and supervising all the operational functions.
- Oversee the implementation of planned activities in accordance with the schedule and resource load.
- Online monitoring of all the sites and immediate remedy of any bottleneck in the execution of operations.
- To supervise regular data collection and ensures quality of the data by random verifications and validations.
- To analyses and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
- Plug the gaps, if any, in timely execution of the projects.
- Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the operations.
- To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.
- Ensure the compilation of all kind of reports on time for onward submission to the top management.
- Participate actively in program planning process.
