- Having MEP (Mechanical,Electrical,Plumbing,HAVC & Carpentry etc) Working experience.
- Capacity to conduct surveys of MEP Projects to assess the scope of working.
- Ability to understand drawings of MEP Projects.
- Ability to assess the required products & services on MEP Projects.
- Report the Projects scope of work & monitoring analysis with concerned Team Leads.
- Ability to prepare survey Reports.
- Supervise the MEP Projects and teams of technicians.
- Monitoring the team of technicians and the projects in line.
- Organize and lead technician mentorship,guidance and training programs.
