- Transport technical maintenance and ensure vehicle documentation.
- Efficiently evaluate the costs of maintenance and responsible to provide services.
- Co-ordinate and undertake day-to-day maintenance (cleaning, valeting, inspecting, arranging routine repairs)
- Monitoring vehicles fuel efficiency.
- Deal with transport legal matters and must be able to effectively troubleshoot.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to business needs.
- Fuel Load management and effective coordination with vendor.
- Transport routing and road matters handling.
- Reporting: to prepare daily/weekly/monthly transportation analysis reports and ensure adherence to a regular internal reporting structure. To ensure that all preparation of regular and final reports to management are done on time in consultation with Manager Transport.
