We are looking for a proactive & energetic individual who has hands-on experience in customer services. Your core job will be after-sales services, ensuring that the sales agent has went through proper channels, customers are properly informed about the product and policies. This job involves both inbound and outbound calls, sometimes clients would like to get information from you and sometimes you will be following up. We need a person who can get this work done accurately without any major mess-ups.
Required Skills:
- At least 2 Years of experience working with US/UK Clients.
- Excellent in writing and speaking
- Dependable person
- Problem-solving approach
