We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of our international campaigns. A person who is dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable.Responsibilities:You will be required to resolve all issues related to customers efficiently, effectively and in a timely fashion. There is no chance of having a backlog at all. Therefore, a person suitable required for this should be pro-active. It will also involve inbound & outbound calls. Emails, Text messages or voice notes.It's 6 days a week job for 8 hours a day.Required:At least 2 years of experience in any of the International campaigns.Fluent in spoken and written English.Should be able to do multitasking.Great command over MS Office.
