We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of our international campaigns. A person who is dedicated, enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to resolve all issues related to customers efficiently, effectively and in a timely fashion. There is no chance of having a backlog at all. Therefore, a person suitable required for this should be pro-active. 

It will also involve inbound & outbound calls. Emails, Text messages or voice notes.

It's 6 days a week job for 8 hours a day.

Required:

At least 2 years of experience in any of the International campaigns.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Should be able to do multitasking.

Great command over MS Office.
