• Preparation of monthly & yearly Financial Statements of the company.
  • Visiting various hotels on a monthly basis to reconcile their accounts.
  • to co-ordination with auditors & tax consultantof the company.
  • Communicating with company clients to ensure that payments due from their side are properly received.
  • Preparation of monthly withholding statements, tax challan & Sales Tax returns etc.
  • Dealing & co-ordinating with banks of the company.
  • Maintaining company accounts record i.e files etc.
  • Arranging and procuring supplies for  various hotels of the company as and when required.
  • Any other administrative task that may be assigned from time to time.
