As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies for our business. Your work will span various ad platforms for pay per click (PPC) media such as Google AdWords, Bings Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn.

You’ll produce positive results in month-to-month metrics and drive digital media spend to support growth in leads and conversion. Additionally, you’ll support our SEO optimization efforts by identifying and implementing SEO strategies and tactics to support growth of organic traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Promote corporate agenda with social media tools
  • Position Arcana Info well with different target segments
  • The role involves supporting global and local digital marketing programs that target both potential clients and employees
  • Manage a wide range of projects, including Web analytics reports, organic optimization, social media, paid search marketing, blog implementation
  • Create and execute project work plans and revises, as appropriate, to meet the changing needs and requirements of the brand
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • Supervise moderation of all digital channels
  • Perform testing and quality check of reports and other deliverables
  • Use appropriate, judgment-based analytics expertise to deliver client value through digital marketing capability
  • Manage client expectations regarding project details
  • Work with marketers and recruiters to incorporate/leverage the Internet in their overall marketing and business development planning
  • Help marketers by designing and delivering effective individual Internet marketing programs, focusing on programs that increase awareness, knowledge, consideration, preference, sales and loyalty
  • Work with business unit leadership to deliver Internet marketing programs, tied to specific marketing, recruiting and business goals
  • Assist with the packaging and communication of successful programs
  • Coordinate data capture and reporting to allow ongoing program measurement and optimization

Content and Analytics (required): Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Google Tags Manager, WordPress CMS, Google Trends and Yoast SEO
