Key Responsibilities:
1) Application programming and testing
2) Understanding of Object oriented programming concepts
3) Basic understanding of databases and DB modeling
4) core Java, JUnit and data structures
5) Understanding & Development using latest java technologies and frameworks including J2SE, J2EE, Socket Service/nio, JDBC, Web services (Axis2 especially), Spring, XML, PL/SQL, Eclipse IDE etc...
6) Good programming background especially in data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
7) Understanding of J2EE frameworks, Web services would be a plus
8) Test Case Writing
9) Test Automation
10) Familiarity with Apache Tomcat
11) Basic understanding of Linux systems and commands
12 ) Sound Knowledge of SDLC

Equipment Skills:
1. Experience in Core Java development
