Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences along with a relevant degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent from HEC recognize university.

Professional certification in sales is highly encouraged.  

Experience:

7+ years’ proven IT sales and business development experience (Software & Solutions Sales ), with a good record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating new sales for Arcana Info: creating, cultivating and developing accounts and increasing market share.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound/inbound leads - strategically selling the company's defined (SW & HW) solutions and services to new and existing clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing.
  • Work closely with your sales teams to target appropriate accounts.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on managerial engagement.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales 
  •  Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationship.
  • Sales experience, subject matter (Software & Hardware Sales) expertise and high-level technical assistance in solutions in support of the identification, evaluation, development, and closing of strategic and tactical business opportunities
  • Maintain a close liaison with customer, market surveys and forecasting, solution and contract sales and renewals of Licenses
  • Present the company's technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the company's hardware, software, networking and security stack
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses
  •  Build and present customized presentations of (HW and SW) Solutions to customers and understand the customer need and establish a company's product as the best solution that addresses their need
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with the proposals
