Job Description:
Qualification: BS CS, MCS, MIT, MS S/W Engineering or related Degree from HEC recognized institute
Experience: 4+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
- Must have skills for requirements assessment and analysis, can perform quality R&D's.
- Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE.
- Experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Hibernate, Spring and any of following JSF, JSP, Servlet and Flex.
- Knowledge/Experience of JBPM/ Workflows will be considered as a plus point
- Server Configuration and deployments experience will be considered a plus.
- Thorough technical knowledge of development methodologies, design and implementation.
- J2SE / Core Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets)
- XML, XSLT, Struts 1, Struts 2, HTML / DHTML / XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Design Patterns, Tomcat, JBoss
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the projects and responsibilities of the Web and Software Developers.
- Responsible for the prioritization of projects assigned to the Application Development team.
- Responsible for the complete development lifecycle of the agency software systems; including gathering requirements, database management, software development, testing, implementation, user follow up, support and Project Management.
- Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to the Application Development Servers and Databases. (DBA)
- Responsible for developing and implementing change control processes for the development team to follow.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes.
- Makes technology decisions that affect Software Development.
- Works on special I.T. projects as needed.

- To Make sure that each decided or proposed feature is implemented in a standard technology and environment and make sure that the proposed solution is exactly matched to the actual problem with high-quality assurance and reliability
- Make sure that each feature is implemented using the right ways and methodologies and properly documented to a standard software artifact. Also, keep track of those artifacts in which any changing on actual code will be also affected by the related models of artifact
- Take the decision to use the best optimum way for the implementation of the feature.
