• Provide support on a shift basis (8 or 12 hours shift as per roaster, including weekends)
  • To be available on-site for support (no off-site option available)
  • Understand the severity and criticality of the reported issue, for timely resolution
  • Make a decision for routing the issue properly to the concerned team member for resolution
  • Communicate status of progress or issue to client and internal teams
  • Provide detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the client and internal teams (after issue resolution)
  • Bide to agreed SLAs with client
  • Researching different solutions to provide the best fit for the client.
  • Able to perform basic unit testing
  • Applies all relevant standards and procedures to own work.
  • Accurately records own time and accurately reports progress on own work
  • Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreement & ensure the security of information at all times

Skills:        

 

  • Basic knowledge of Telecom industry, Financial Services and Operations in telecom
  •  Strong troubleshooting and algorithmic skills
  •  Ability to understand the end to end picture of the Implementation
  • Understanding of the low-level OS, network and system operations
  • Good programming skills in Java/XML/Shell Scripting       Foundational knowledge of SQL (Oracle / MySQL)
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Web Services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good to have (not mandatory) knowledge of Integrations via Middleware products, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Protocols, SOAPUI, JMeter, Postman
