The Marketing Executive will be key for the execution of marketing plans and meeting the objectives laid down in the marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in monetizing digital growth for B2B businesses and place knowledge in high-end enterprise-grade technologies.
The ideal candidate will be moderating digital, social and offline marketing campaigns requiring ample knowledge of the latest technologies and curating content for the company blog writing about them in depth. He/she will also assist the Marketing and Communications Specialist and the Head of Marketing & PR in all other marketing activities as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Curate content for Arcana Info’s blog – technical content requiring ample knowledge of enterprise technology
- Research and share client remarks regarding Arcana Info in the local market
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Specialist and Head of Marketing & PR in executing core marketing strategies
- Assisting in the moderation of all social media content across all social media channels and monitoring the sentiment for the users
- Drive engagement through social media and analyze customer reactions
- Moderate all social channels with a max 24 hour response time
- Conduct principal-oriented and product-oriented marketing campaigns with technical marketing content
- Build relationships with online target audience
- Collaborate with internal departments in producing quality social media content
GOALS
- As Marketing Executive, the goal will be to:
- Increase Arcana Info’s brand presence and awareness on the web
- Create engaging and creative content which reflects the brands tone and emotions
- Segment and customize content for different markets and cultures
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelors in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering from a reputable university is a must
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a role that encompasses technical writing for enterprise technologies or B2B marketing
- 20-25 years of age

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Text: fully proficient in use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Design: some experience in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects)
- Analytics: the ability to conduct analysis using various tools such as Crowdfire and StatusBrew and tracking marketing activities for maximum engagement
- Content Management: experience using Wordpress for blogging and the company website
- Communications: Assisting in the creation of presentations, official documentation and proposals
