A start-up company in partnership with an international UK based company is seeking a customer service rep whose primary responsibilities would be to respond to customer queries in the form of incoming calls, e-mails, whatsapp messages, and facebook messages.
Our company uses a CRM system for management of messages.
Along with this, it is the rep’s responsibility to make outward sales calls to clients who have submitted their information and are interested in our product.
Our company sells a digital product subscription.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu.
This position offers the flexibility of primarily being able to work from home using your own laptop / pc, and a company provided phone.
The candidate however must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for the rare occasions in-person meetings or coordination are required.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 1PM to 10PM Pakistan time, and the representative must be available online during these hours.
Short breaks can be coordinated with another customer representative. Saturdays and Sundays are off.
This position is also a great opportunity to learn and grow in the fin-tech industry.
Training about the product, and guidance on communication will be provided by the company.
