A well-reputed Architectural firm is looking for a highly creative, dynamic, innovative, motivated, committed, all-around individual for the post of Architect.The successful person will work on residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creative design direction with construction and technical knowledge transforming the concept design into the detailed design;
- Producing detailed technical drawings and 3Ds;
- Preparing and presenting design proposals;
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other specialists;
- Dealing with problems that might come up during the project;
- Source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration, and dressing.
- Assisting with all day to day project, office, and administration tasks
Essential Requirements:
- Experienced in high standard interior projects.
- Education Bachelor ’s/Masters in Architecture Preferably from BNU, UET, Comsats, NCA.
