- Liaison with security at gate to regularly check material/equipment/purchases at the time of entry at the gate.
- Update inward gate passes (IGP) in ERP on regularly basis.
- Liaison with security at the gate to verify weight(s) on weighing scale as and when required.
- Keep all the IGP related record updated and maintained.
- Prepare outward gate passes (OGP) on basis of delivery challan and allowing containers/trucks.
- Prepare returnable/manual gate passes on daily basis.
- Keep all the OGP related record updated and hand over to Audit Department on monthly basis for audit purpose.
