- Thoroughly understand the entire production process of various products at our company
- Liaison with technical teams whenever required and develop a thorough understanding of new product objectives and accordingly submit inputs for development of new product
- Create new product designs in relevant software(s)
- Clearly understand the product designs to develop solutions tailored to the internal or external customer’s needs
- Provide a competitive advantage to our new product developments by fueling innovation, aesthetics and creativity as well as ensure new product meets the quality requirements
- Maintain new product designs archives with complete traceability
- Proactively coordinate with concerned department(s) to design flyers/job ads/brochures/banners/e-cards etc. as and when required
- Liaison with all concerned departments to write, create or upload content/banners/jobs for official website of our company on regular basis
- Liaison with concerned department and design stalls for exhibitions/job fairs etc. as and when required
- Liaison with all concerned department and finalize all the messages/posts/jobs/activities on digital media like website, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Responsible to schedule and write daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) posts that provide creative content for the target audience
- Coordinate with all concerned department for event planning and management whenever required
- Coordinate with external vendors for on time printing of material
