- Prepare or supervise PO’s, prepare comparative statement, calculate the lead times on each PO after negotiations with vendors and according to procurement cycle of organization.
- Perform price negotiations with suppliers and confirm timely orders after verification of final price and approval from Head Supply Chain.
- Daily check the progress on procurement and orders according to procurement plan/production plan and check the status of orders in progress through team members.
- Perform the purchases of required items according to the purchase order and ensure in time delivery to the stores.
- Ensure that purchaser 100% conform to the plan and in no case deviate from the plan.
- If there are any unforeseen deviations, coordinate with concerns and come up with a mutual solution without causing time delays & wastages.
- Ensure to procure quality efficient items at competitive prices.

- Correspond with production division and resolve any supply shortage issues on priority.
- Assist Head Supply Chain to perform ongoing efforts to maintain and upgrade the approved vendors lists by searching new vendors which are cost effective, provide better service and can handle emergency demands.
