- To achieve the assigned targets of the Area w.r.t Revenue Generation, Deposit Mobilization and building Assets & Trade Portfolio;
- To maximize the Area’s profitability by arresting bad costs, effective utilization of cross-selling tools and the Bank’s resources, enhancing productivity and identifying different avenues for revenue generation;
- To conduct thorough review of the Asset proposals w.r.t. KYC, EDD, financial analysis, assessment of customer’s payment capacity, probability of default, pricing, facility structure, Industry Analysis, Company analysis, financial analysis, spreads & projections, collaterals, mandatory documentations and market repute etc.;
- To grow, manage and monitor Asset portfolios of the Area, with a special focus on prompt service delivery and keep the Asset portfolio uninfected from overdue/default.
