Job Description

  • Responsible for handling retail operations across branches along with managing relevant financial aspects as well
  • Strong liaising with senior management and coordination with retail team for increasing productivity
  • To ensure timely staff training of both existing and newly joiners at outlets
  • To perform regular checks with relevance to the quality of food items to ensure proper hygiene and quality consistency at all times
  • Well-timed handling of customers complaints and providing appropriate  solutions to achieve desired customer satisfaction level
  • Initiate diversified methods to increase standards of customer service
  • Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment to drive team performance
  • Responsible for ensuring that retail staff is kept motivated to achieve highest possible standards
