Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle and further develop assigned area/territory, sales teams and distributors.
- Managing, training and motivating existing distribution sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area.
- Execute and deliver Sales Targets, Distribution KPIs and ensure effective coverage across all channels including Retail, Wholesale, LMT & IMT.
- Accomplish sales and organizational objectives by accomplishing results as required.
- Should maintain excellent professional relationship with Distributors/Wholesalers/Modern trade customers and weighted retail to ensure all challenges at all levels are timely handled and closed to maintain sustainability and growth in business.
- Conduct marketing activities as and when directed.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Perform any task assigned.
