  • Ensure consistency in sales/growth and target achievement.
  • Ensure effective market return control.
  • Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Ensure timely communication of targets at all relevant levels.
  • Manage customer outstanding through ensuring timely collections.
  • Develop and implement business plans.
  • Drive initiatives to expand sales.
  • Provide strategic inputs for marketing plans.
  • Implement effective controls over market returns
  • Ensure effective business development in small areas.
  • Responsible for personal and professional development of his team.
  • Provide sales forecast on quarterly basis keeping in view the past history, current trend and company growth plans.
  • Facilitate customers in order to produce best possible ROI (Return On Investment).
  • Providing real time information & analysis to marketing & trade marketing departments.
  • Implementation of Effective Controls and adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Build Strong and Mutually Beneficial relationship with Key customers.
  • Monitor GT and Key Accounts sales performance for Karachi Region
  • Manage sales team of TSO’s and Order Bookers.
  • Increase market GT coverage and increase drop sizes.
