- Handle client’s queries/requests independently.
- Very responsive and efficient in responding to client’s emails.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Develop and communicate merchandise guidelines and reference documents for team members.
- Carry out sampling and production follow up, generating corresponding performance reports.
- Have a good understanding of the product.
- Asses the product from a practical viewpoint and make sure it matches customer’s requirement.
- Help prepare cost sheets to assist in pricing.
- Have a grip in Microsoft Office.
