- Prepare Custom export related documentation, which includes invoice, packing list and other essential documents.
- Handle WEBOC account
- Handle Rebates and DLTL applications
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather all essential shipping documents and upload to specific customer’s portal in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and forwarders for export shipment bookings.
- Coordinate with planning and merchandising team for timely booking and update in case of any change.
- Coordinate with banks for LC, PRC etc.
- Prepare and maintain import shipment schedule and coordinate with clearing agents / forwarders for timely clearance.
