- Complete knowledge of implementation of IE/ Time study/ motion study/ lean manufacturing concepts.
- Design and implementation of SOP, plans for operating system that bring value to the organization
- To study manufacturing systems & procedures and amend as and when needed to bring or improve efficiency.
- Responsible to estimate resource requirement on the bases of production forecast.
- To analyze date and prepare reports to update management about the actual trend of the performance or productivity of various manufacturing sections.
- Review the daily performance of production and maintenance departments and highlight the causes of failures so that the concerned departments can solve the actual problem by taking immediate corrective actions
- Calculations, Line Balancing, Manpower Allocation, Efficiency / Target Monitoring, Process & Method Improvements, Workflows / Layouts, Product Design and cost analysis.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
