We are looking for a Robotics Process Automation expert who will be the key resoruce within our AI/Machine learning team to provide subject matter expertise on complex RPA initiatives. S/he will be resposible for collecting requirements on advanced RPA problems and providing solutions to our clients
Responsibilities:
- Develop methodologies and standards for RPA
- Standardize tools and templates for analysis and design
- Develop and Execute strategy and framework to deliver solutions
- Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Process Automation monitoring and troubleshooting, status reporting, testing and issue resolution across all the phases
- Responsible for RPA architecture and RPA technology administration functions. Provide training to offshore or other teams in automation process and technology
Required Skills
- BS Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Robotic automation and a working knowledge of leading technologies (e.g. Openspan-Pega, Blueprism, UI Path , work fusion or automation anywhere etc)
- Experience of working with software development and best practices
- Working experience in coding RPA solutions at enterprise level using one of the industry leading Robotics Automation Product, preferably UiPath or blueprism
- Strong SQL
- Understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents on Automation space and knowledge of various automation components and features available in Process Robotics Automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- Deep and hands-on experience in full lifecycle of automation solution implementation
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into enterprise-scale automation solution designs
