Position Summary:

The incumbent will report directly to the Chairman, and must be able to provide executive and administrative support to the Chairman, and the Senior Management. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the Chairman.

Executive Support

·        Assist with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

·        Communicate with the general staff on Chairman’s behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

·        Draft reports, letters, and proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with clients.

HR Support

Administratively support HR (recruiting support, documents formatting, and other administrative tasks), draft emails and other correspondence as directed.

Secondary Responsibilities:

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

·        Provide assistance as needed in front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
