The ideal candidate should:

  1. Have relevant working experience in SAP environment in a reputed organization which must include relevant SAP ABAP Programming experience. ABAP Certification will be preferred
  2. Have exposure to SAP FICO, HCM and MM Modules with sound expertise in core ABAP and FIORI design patterns and UI Theme designer
  3. Possess outstanding interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills and must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  4. Have working knowledge of FIORI, DDIC, Reports, Interactive Reporting, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, user Exits, BAdis, Enhancements Framework, Interface, RFC, BDC, BAPI, Debugging, Performance Tuning, Workflow, ALE Idocs and OOPS ABAP
  5. Be able to perform bug/fix analysis, recommend solutions for finance related processes and write technical specification documentation
  6. Be able to support production configuration, assist in functional change requests and support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills

Responsibilities:-

  • Set and execute team strategy including objectives, plans and policies for areas of responsibility so as to develop and deliver innovative solutions and systems in support of the Institute’s goals and objectives and ensure that the same is communicated to all the team members so that they understand their role in achieving the established goals
  • To work closely with the decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvements in all areas of IT responsibility and make decisions that have an impact on quality or effectiveness of business activities beyond their immediate team
  • Anticipate issues, develop preventive measures and analyze long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and contribute to functional strategy
